Papillion-LaVista South Titans (Papillion, NE) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Fremont Tigers (Fremont, NE), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Papillion-LaVista South upgrades its record to 21-9 on the season. The Titans host Kearney (Kearney, NE) to battle the Bearcats in a non-league test on Saturday, May 6. The Bearcats come into the test with a record of 13-13. Kearney won 18-1 in their recent non-league test against Benson (Omaha, NE)

With the defeat, Fremont falls to 11-13 on the season.
