May 6, 2023: Newcastle, WY 82701 Newcastle Dogies (Newcastle, WY) supporters were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Rawlins Outlaws (Rawlins, WY), 3-2 in a league challenge.
Next, the Dogies confront the Buffalo Bison (Buffalo, WY) in a 3A East challenge, on Tuesday, May 9. Newcastle will attempt to move on its 1-8 season record. The Bison enter the challenge with a 3-7 record after their 1-0 league loss to Torrington (Torrington, WY).
The Outlaws now possess a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Worland for a 3A East challenge on Tuesday, May 9. Rawlins will confront a Warriors team coming off a 2-0 league win over Buffalo (Buffalo, WY). The Warriors record now stands at 10-0.
