May 6, 2024: New Lenox, IL 60451 The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Lincoln-Way West Warriors (New Lenox, IL) and the visiting Andrew Thunderbolts (Tinley Park, IL), saw Lincoln-Way West's lacrosse team gain a win over Andrew by a margin of 12-9.
The Warriors (7-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Lockport (Lockport, IL). The Porters enter the South Suburban challenge with a 10-6 record. In their last challenge, Lockport edged Providence Catholic (New Lenox, IL), 9-7, in a non-league challenge.
The Thunderbolts (9-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Homewood-Flossmoor (Flossmoor, IL). The Vikings enter the South Suburban challenge with a 6-10 record. In their last challenge, Homewood-Flossmoor by Riverside-Brookfield (Riverside, IL), 12-3, in a non-league challenge.
