Minnesota High School Softball - Goodhue can't get by Blooming Prairie
May 6, 2024: Blooming Prairie, MN 55917 In Monday's non-league contest, the Blooming Prairie Awesome Blossoms (Blooming Prairie, MN) softball team held off the visiting Goodhue Wildcats (Goodhue, MN), by a margin of 5-4.
With the triumph, Blooming Prairie moves its record to 11-2 on the year. The Awesome Blossoms travel to United South Central (Wells, MN) to play the Rebels in a Gopher contest on Tuesday, May 7. The Rebels come into the contest with a record of 11-1.
In their next game, the Wildcats play the Mabel-Canton Cougars (Mabel, MN) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, May 8. Goodhue will attempt to move on its 4-10 season record. The Cougars come into the contest with a 6-4 record after their 6-3 league loss to Spring Grove (Spring Grove, MN).
