Minnesota High School Softball - Goodhue bounces Triton
May 16, 2024: Goodhue, MN 55027 The Goodhue Wildcats routed the visiting Triton Cobras softball squad by a count of 11-0 in Thursday's league battle.
The Wildcats (6-14) will now prepare for their battle against Schaeffer Academy (Rochester, MN). The Lions go into the non-league battle with a 4-15 record. In their last battle, Schaeffer Academy was routed by Spring Grove (Spring Grove, MN), 11-4, in a league battle.
The Cobras now sport a 4-15 record. They play next when they host Hayfield for a Hiawatha Valley battle on Friday, May 17. Triton will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 9-2 league loss to Pine Island (Pine Island, MN). The Vikings record now stands at 10-9.
