The Patriots now own a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they host Pierz for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 8. Pequot Lakes will clash with a Pioneers team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Albany (Albany, MN). The Pioneers record now stands at 7-5.
With the defeat, Mesabi East drops to 3-5 on the year. The Giants travel to South Ridge (Culver, MN) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 7.
