The Midway/Minto Mustangs softball team scored 21 runs and held the host Northern Lights to 8 in the Mustangs league win on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now possess a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grafton for a Class B - Region 2 battle on Monday, May 12.

With the loss, Northern Lights moves to 1-3 on the season. The host Rugby (Rugby, ND) to confront the Panthers in a non-league battle on Friday, May 9. The Panthers come into the battle with a record of 5-7. Rugby won 14-13 in their recent league battle against New Town (New Town, ND)
