The West Anchorage Eagles softball squad (Anchorage, AK), was routed 27-2 in Wednesday's league contest with the visiting Dimond Lynx (Anchorage, AK)

With the triumph, Dimond improves its record to 3-1 on the year. The Lynx travel to Colony (Palmer, AK) to face the Knights in a non-league contest on Thursday, May 7. The Knights enter the contest with a record of 19-2. Colony won 13-0 in their recent non-league contest against Palmer (Palmer, AK)

The Eagles now hold a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Homer for a non-league contest on Thursday, May 7. West Anchorage will face a Mariners squad coming off a 9-2 non-league loss to Kodiak (Kodiak, AK). The Mariners record now stands at 2-5.
