Virginia High School Baseball - Freedom prevails Battlefield
May 7, 2024: South Riding, VA 20152 In Tuesday's league challenge, the Freedom Eagles (South Riding, VA) baseball squad triumphed over the visiting Battlefield Bobcats (Haymarket, VA), by a margin of 9-0.
With the win, Freedom betters its record to 10-5 on the season. The Eagles travel to Osbourn (Manassas, VA) to encounter the Eagles in a Cedar Run challenge on Thursday, May 9. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 5-12. Osbourn won 10-4 in their recent non-league challenge against NOVA HomeSchool (Chantilly, VA)
With the defeat, Battlefield falls to 14-5 on the season.
