May 7, 2024: Mathews, VA 23109 The Mathews Blue Devils held off the visiting Lancaster Red Devils soccer squad by a margin of 4-3 in Tuesday's non-league match.
The Blue Devils now sport a 7-7 record. They play next when they host King & Queen Central for a Tidewater match on Wednesday, May 8. Mathews will encounter a Royal Tigers squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Carver College and Career Academy (Chester, VA). The Royal Tigers record now stands at 5-7.
