New Hampshire High School Softball - Berlin bounces White Mountains
May 7, 2024: Berlin, NH 03570 The crowd at Tuesday's league match between the Berlin Mountaineers (Berlin, NH) and the visiting White Mountains Spartans (Whitefield, NH), saw Berlin's softball squad achieve victory over White Mountains by a count of 17-5.
The Mountaineers now sport a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Newfound Regional for a non-league match on Wednesday, May 8. Berlin will face a Bears squad coming off a 8-3 league win over Belmont (Belmont, NH). The Bears record now stands at 6-1.
With the loss, White Mountains falls to 1-8 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Winnisquam (Tilton, NH) to face the Bears in a Division III match on Friday, May 10. The Bears enter the match with a record of 2-8. Winnisquam lost 15-0 in their recent league match against Gilford (Gilford, NH)
