In Wednesday's league game, the host Taft Eagles baseball team scored a close 5-0 win over the Amundsen Vikings.

The Eagles (15-14) will now prepare for their game against Reavis (Burbank, IL). The Rams go into the non-league game with a 17-9 record. In their last game, Reavis nudged Shepard (Palos Heights, IL), 12-0, in a league game.
