The Christiansburg Blue Demons baseball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Magna Vista Warriors to 2 in the Blue Demons non-league win on Wednesday.

The Blue Demons now own a 10-5 record. They take the field next when they host Cave Spring for a River Ridge test on Friday, May 9. Christiansburg will play a Knights team coming off a 12-2 league win over Patrick Henry (Roanoke, VA). The Knights record now stands at 9-8.

With the defeat, Magna Vista drops to 11-3 on the year. The Warriors host Halifax County (South Boston, VA) to play the Comets in a Piedmont test on Monday, May 12.
