May 7, 2025: Lake Mills, WI 53551 The Lake Mills L-Cats softball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Palmyra-Eagle Panthers to 5 in the L-Cats non-league win on Wednesday.
The L-Cats now sport a 9-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Waterloo for a non-league battle on Friday, May 9. Lake Mills will encounter a Pirates team coming off a 14-0 league win over Wisconsin Heights (Mazomanie, WI). The Pirates record now stands at 8-9.
With the loss, Palmyra-Eagle moves to 7-12 on the season. The Panthers travel to Williams Bay (Williams Bay, WI) to encounter the Bulldogs in a Trailways - South battle on Monday, May 12. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a record of 4-13. Williams Bay lost 13-0 in their recent league battle against Deerfield (Deerfield, WI)
