The Polson Pirates (Polson, MT) baseball trounced the host Libby Loggers (Libby, MT), 7-0 in Thursday's league challenge.

The Pirates now own a 10-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lincoln County for a Class ABC -North challenge on Friday, May 8. Polson will clash with a Lions team coming off a 8-1 league loss to Columbia Falls (Columbia Falls, MT). The Lions record now stands at 5-6.

With the defeat, Libby drops to 5-10 on the year. The Loggers host Bigfork (Bigfork, MT) to clash with the Vikings and Valkyries in a Class ABC -North challenge on Saturday, May 9.
