In Thursday's league match, the visiting Antioch Sequoits softball team scored a tight 8-2 victory over the Lakes Eagles.

The Sequoits (24-3) will now prepare for their match against Marengo (Marengo, IL). The Indians go into the non-league match with a 14-15 record. In their last match, Marengo tipped Harvard (Harvard, IL), 17-0, in a league match.
