The Bartow Yellow Jackets (Bartow, FL) softball routed the visiting Lake Howell Silverhawks (Winter Park, FL), 13-4 in Thursday's non-league outing.

The Yellow Jackets now sport a 25-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Durant for a non-league outing on Tuesday, May 12. Bartow will encounter a Cougars team coming off a 13-1 non-league win over Dwyer (Palm Beach Gardens, FL). The Cougars record now stands at 16-8.

With the loss, Lake Howell moves to 10-17 on the season.
