In Thursday's league test, the Colfax Vikings (Colfax, WI) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Spring Valley Cardinals (Spring Valley, WI), by a count of 10-0.

Next, the Vikings meet the St. Croix Central Panthers (Hammond, WI) in a non-league test, on Saturday, May 9. Colfax will attempt to upgrade on its 12-3 season record. The Panthers go into the test with a 3-8 record after their 8-2 league loss to Somerset (Somerset, WI).

The Cardinals (7-5) will now prepare for their test against Clear Lake (Clear Lake, WI). The Warriors go into the Dunn - St. Croix test with a 3-9 record. In their last test, Clear Lake was routed by Boyceville (Boyceville, WI), 19-7, in a league test.
