The Riverside Ram softball squad (Leesburg, VA), was routed 7-3 in Thursday's league contest with the visiting Lightridge Lightning (Aldie, VA)

With the triumph, Lightridge improves its record to 16-0 on the year. The Lightning travel to Stone Bridge (Ashburn, VA) to face the Bulldogs in a Potomac contest on Tuesday, May 12. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a record of 4-13. Stone Bridge won 13-3 in their recent league contest against John Champe (Aldie, VA)

The Ram now hold a 11-5 record. They play next when they travel to Langley for a non-league contest on Monday, May 11. Riverside will face a Saxons squad coming off a 17-2 league win over Wakefield (Arlington, VA). The Saxons record now stands at 15-5.
