The New Kent Trojans crushed the visiting Smithfield Packers baseball team by a tally of 16-2 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Trojans now hold a 14-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Poquoson for a non-league bout on Monday, May 13. New Kent will face a Islanders team coming off a 11-2 non-league win over Southampton (Courtland, VA). The Islanders record now stands at 9-7.

Next, the Packers face the Windsor Dukes (Windsor, VA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, May 9. Smithfield will attempt to advance on its 7-5 season record.
