Illinois High School Softball - Thornwood bounces Thornridge
May 8, 2024: South Holland, IL 60473 Thornwood Thunderbirds (South Holland, IL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Thornridge Falcons (Dolton, IL), 17-1 in a league challenge.
The Thunderbirds now own a 7-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bloom for a Southland Athletic challenge on Monday, May 13.
With the loss, Thornridge falls to 0-15 on the campaign. The Falcons host Crete-Monee (Crete, IL) to battle the Warriors in a Southland Athletic challenge on Monday, May 13. The Warriors enter the challenge with a record of 9-12.
