Wisconsin High School Softball - Kimberly bounces Appleton East
May 8, 2025: Kimberly, WI 54136 The Kimberly Papermakers softball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Appleton East Patriots to 2 in the Papermakers league win on Thursday.
The Papermakers now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fond du Lac for a Fox Valley Association battle on Tuesday, May 13. Kimberly will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to Oconomowoc (Oconomowoc, WI). The Cardinals record now stands at 13-8.
With the loss, Appleton East moves to 2-10 on the season. The Patriots host Oshkosh North (Oshkosh, WI) to confront the Spartans in a Fox Valley Association battle on Friday, May 9. The Spartans come into the battle with a record of 5-9. Oshkosh North lost 3-1 in their recent league battle against Neenah (Neenah, WI)
