In Thursday's league test, the Morris Catholic Crusaders (Denville, NJ) softball squad overwhelmed the host Hanover Park Hornets (East Hanover, NJ), by a tally of 11-1.

Next, the Crusaders clash with the St. Thomas Aquinas Trojans (Edison, NJ) in a non-league test, on Monday, May 12. Morris Catholic will attempt to advance on its 10-5 season record.

The Hornets (7-6) will now prepare for their test against Paramus Catholic (Paramus, NJ). The Paladins go into the non-league test with a 11-4 record. In their last test, Paramus Catholic was routed by Northern Highlands (Allendale, NJ), 4-1, in a non-league test.
