In Friday's league match, the visiting Ross Rams softball team scored a tight 7-6 win over the Franklin Wildcats.

The Rams (17-6) will now prepare for their match against Kings (Kings Mill, OH). The Knights come into the non-league match with a 22-1 record. In their last match, Kings nipped Little Miami (Morrow, OH), 5-1, in a league match.

In their next game, the Wildcats confront the Harrison Wildcats (Harrison, OH) in a non-league match, on Monday, May 11. Franklin will attempt to better on its 14-12 season record.
