In Friday's league test, the Reavis Rams (Burbank, IL) softball squad got by the visiting Shepard Astros (Palos Heights, IL), by a tally of 6-5.

Next, the Rams clash with the Argo Argonauts (Summit, IL) in a South Suburban test, on Monday, May 11. Reavis will attempt to advance on its 13-10 season record. The Argonauts go into the test with a 13-11 record after their 16-0 league win over Bremen (Midlothian, IL).

The Astros (11-11) will now prepare for their test against Richards (Oak Lawn, IL). The Bulldogs go into the South Suburban test with a 16-9 record. In their last test, Richards held off Hancock (Chicago, IL), 15-0, in a non-league test.
