May 9, 2022: Ashburnham, MA 01430 Groton-Dunstable Crusaders (Groton, MA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Oakmont Regional Spartans (Ashburnham, MA), 1-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Groton-Dunstable upgrades its record to 8-3 on the season. The Crusaders travel to Nashoba Regional (Bolton, MA) to battle the Chieftains in a non-league test on Wednesday, May 11. The Chieftains come into the test with a record of 8-6. Nashoba Regional lost 6-4 in their recent non-league test against St. Paul (Worcester, MA)
With the defeat, Oakmont Regional falls to 9-2 on the season. The Spartans travel to Littleton (Littleton, MA) to battle the Tigers in a non-league test on Wednesday, May 11. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 2-7. Littleton lost 6-3 in their recent non-league test against North Middlesex Regional (Townsend, MA)
