Groton-Dunstable Crusaders (Groton, MA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Fitchburg Red Raiders (Fitchburg, MA), 12-8 in a non-league test.

With the win, Groton-Dunstable upgrades its record to 12-5 on the season. The Crusaders travel to Advanced Math & Science Academy (Marlborough, MA) to battle the Eagles in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 24. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 17-1.
