Ohio High School Softball - Hoover gets by Jackson
May 9, 2022: North Canton, OH 44720 Spectators at Monday's league match between the Hoover Vikings (North Canton, OH) and the visiting Jackson Polar Bears (Massillon, OH), witnessed Hoover's softball squad tip Jackson by a count of 4-3.
The Vikings now sport a 10-5 record. They play next when they host Perry for a Federal match on Tuesday, May 10. Hoover will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 9-1 non-league win over Nordonia (Macedonia, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 8-12.
With the loss, Jackson moves to 6-5 on the season. The Polar bears travel to McKinley (Canton, OH) to meet the Bulldogs in a Federal match on Tuesday, May 10. The Bulldogs go into the match with a record of 3-6.
