Ohio High School Softball - Bishop Fenwick bounces Monroe
May 9, 2023: Franklin, OH 45005 Bishop Fenwick Falcons (Franklin, OH) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Monroe Hornets (Monroe, OH), 10-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Falcons now sport a 10-8 record. They take the field next when they host Archbishop Alter for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 11. Bishop Fenwick will face a Knights squad coming off a 14-4 non-league loss to Tecumseh (New Carlisle, OH). The Knights record now stands at 2-14.
With the loss, Monroe falls to 5-14 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Carlisle (Carlisle, OH) to face the Indians in a Southwestern Buckeye - Buckeye challenge on Friday, May 12. The Indians enter the challenge with a record of 21-0. Carlisle won 19-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Madeira (Cincinnati, OH)
