Mooresville Blue Devils (Mooresville, NC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Mallard Creek Mavericks (Charlotte, NC), 10-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Blue Devils now own a 21-6 record. They take the field next when they host Cuthbertson for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 12. Mooresville will battle a Cavaliers squad coming off a 4-2 non-league win over Myers Park (Charlotte, NC). The Cavaliers record now stands at 11-13.

With the loss, Mallard Creek falls to 16-5 on the campaign.
