New York High School Softball - Mynderse Academy bounces Wayne
May 9, 2023: Ontario Center, NY 14520 The Mynderse Academy Blue Devils routed the host Wayne Eagles softball squad by a final score of 7-2 in Tuesday's league battle.
The Blue Devils (5-6) will now prepare for their battle against Sodus (Sodus, NY). The Spartans go into the non-league battle with a 11-2 record. In their last battle, Sodus held off North Rose-Wolcott (Wolcott, NY), 17-0, in a league battle.
The Eagles now possess a 11-2 record. They play next when they host School of the Arts for a non-league battle on Wednesday, May 10. Wayne will confront a Silverhawks squad coming off a 9-7 non-league win over Lima Christian (Lima, NY). The Silverhawks record now stands at 8-5.
