New York High School Softball - Waterloo bounces Palmyra-Macedon
May 9, 2023: Palmyra, NY 14522 The Waterloo Tigers routed the host Palmyra-Macedon Red Raiders softball squad by a count of 12-2 in Tuesday's league battle.
The Tigers (9-4) will now prepare for their battle against Wayne (Ontario Center, NY). The Eagles go into the Finger Lakes East battle with a 12-2 record. In their last battle, Wayne topped School of the Arts (Rochester, NY), 23-7, in a non-league battle.
The Red Raiders now sport a 6-6 record. They play next when they travel to Newark for a Finger Lakes East battle on Thursday, May 11. Palmyra-Macedon will meet a Reds squad coming off a 10-5 league loss to Penn Yan Academy (Penn Yan, NY). The Reds record now stands at 5-10.
