Michigan High School Softball - Meridian nudges Shepherd
May 9, 2024: Shepherd, MI 48883 Meridian Mustangs (Sanford, MI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Shepherd Bluejays (Shepherd, MI), 7-6 in a league challenge.
The Mustangs now own a 12-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Shepherd for a Jack Pine challenge on Thursday, May 9.
With the loss, Shepherd falls to 9-5 on the campaign. The Bluejays host Meridian (Sanford, MI) to face the Mustangs in a Jack Pine challenge on Thursday, May 9. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a record of 11-5. Meridian won 10-3 in their recent league challenge against Gladwin (Gladwin, MI)
