In Friday's non-league bout, the Covenant Christian Warriors (Indianapolis, IN) baseball squad edged the visiting Heritage Christian Eagles (Indianapolis, IN), by a tally of 7-6.

Next up, the Warriors encounter the Mooresville Pioneers (Mooresville, IN) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, May 10. Covenant Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 12-6 season record. The Pioneers enter the bout with a 11-6 record after their 5-2 non-league win over Greenfield-Central (Greenfield, IN).
