In Friday's non-league bout, the Thousand Islands Vikings (Clayton, NY) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Sackets Harbor Central Patriots (Sackets Harbor, NY), by a tally of 15-8.

Next up, the Vikings encounter the Alexandria Central Purple Ghosts (Alexandria Bay, NY) in a Section 3 Frontier C bout, on Monday, May 12. Thousand Islands will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record. The Purple Ghosts enter the bout with a 8-3 record after their 7-6 league win over Lyme Central (Chaumont, NY).
