Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Valor Christian Eagles (Highlands Ranch, CO) and the host Discovery Canyon Thunder (Colorado Springs, CO), observed Valor Christian's volleyball team hold off Discovery Canyon by a count of 3-2.

The Eagles (17-9) will now prepare for their contest against Discovery Canyon (Colorado Springs, CO). The Thunder enter the non-league contest with a 20-4 record. In their last contest, Discovery Canyon got by Fossil Ridge (Fort Collins, CO), 3-2, in a non-league contest.
