The Discovery Canyon Thunder baseball team scored 10 runs and held the host Cheyenne Mountain Red-Tailed Hawks to 3 in the Thunder non-league win on Friday.

The Thunder now own a 10-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cheyenne Mountain for a non-league test on Friday, May 9. Discovery Canyon will play a Red-Tailed Hawks team coming off a 9-4 league loss to Lutheran (Parker, CO). The Red-Tailed Hawks record now stands at 8-5.

With the defeat, Cheyenne Mountain drops to 8-7 on the year. The Red-tailed hawks host Discovery Canyon (Colorado Springs, CO) to play the Thunder in a non-league test on Friday, May 9.
