The Beresford Watchdogs softball squad (Beresford, SD), was routed 16-5 in Saturday's league contest with the host Tri-Valley Mustangs (Colton, SD)

With the triumph, Tri-Valley improves its record to 12-2 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Dell Rapids (Dell Rapids, SD) to face the Quarriers in a Class A contest on Saturday, May 9. The Quarriers enter the contest with a record of 3-4. Dell Rapids lost 12-1 in their recent league contest against Lennox (Lennox, SD)
