Iowa High School Softball - Marion holds off Maquoketa
June 1, 2022: Maquoketa, IA 52060 Marion Wolves (Marion, IA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Maquoketa Cardinals (Maquoketa, IA), 9-7 in a non-league challenge.
The Wolves now own a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Maquoketa for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, June 1. Marion will face a Cardinals squad coming off a 6-1 non-league loss to Clear Creek-Amana (Tiffin, IA). The Cardinals record now stands at 4-2.
