Iowa High School Softball - Lincoln bounces Southeast Polk
June 1, 2024: Des Moines, IA 50315 The Lincoln Railsplitters (Des Moines, IA) softball routed the visiting Southeast Polk Rams (Pleasant Hill, IA), 6-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Railsplitters (4-2) will now prepare for their bout against Johnston (Johnston, IA). The Dragons go into the non-league bout with a 4-3 record. In their last bout, Johnston was routed by Norwalk (Norwalk, IA), 4-0, in a non-league bout.
The Rams now possess a 3-6 record. They play next when they host Carlisle for a non-league bout on Saturday, June 1. Southeast Polk will confront a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Estherville Lincoln Central (Estherville, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 9-1.
