Iowa High School Softball - Beckman bounces Vinton-Shellsburg
June 10, 2025: Dyersville, IA 52040 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Beckman Trailblazers (Dyersville, IA) and the visiting Vinton-Shellsburg Vikings (Vinton, IA), observed Beckman's softball team prevail over Vinton-Shellsburg by a tally of 8-0.
The Trailblazers (5-6) will now prepare for their bout against Maquoketa (Maquoketa, IA). The Cardinals go into the non-league bout with a 5-9 record. In their last bout, Maquoketa was routed by South Winneshiek (Calmar, IA), 7-3, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Vikings battle the Benton Bobcats (Van Horne, IA) in a WaMaC-West bout, on Wednesday, June 11. Vinton-Shellsburg will attempt to advance on its 2-11 season record. The Bobcats go into the bout with a 4-5 record after their 7-6 non-league win over Independence (Independence, IA).
