June 11, 2025: Johnston, IA 50131 Johnston Dragons (Johnston, IA) fans left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Southeast Polk Rams (Pleasant Hill, IA), 4-2 in a league match.
With the triumph, Johnston advances its record to 13-6 on the season. The Dragons host Northwest (Waukee, IA) to confront the Wolves in a CIML contest on Thursday, June 12. The Wolves come into the contest with a record of 8-1. Northwest won 12-4 in their recent league contest against Ankeny (Ankeny, IA)
The Rams now possess a 14-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Waukee for a CIML contest on Thursday, June 12. Southeast Polk will confront a Warriors squad coming off a 6-1 league win over Urbandale (Urbandale, IA). The Warriors record now stands at 13-3.
