Iowa High School Softball - Southeast Warren bounces East Union
June 13, 2024: Afton, IA 50830 Spectators at Thursday's league match between the Southeast Warren Warhawks (Liberty Center, IA) and the host East Union Eagles (Afton, IA), witnessed Southeast Warren's softball squad prevail over East Union by a count of 16-0.
The Warhawks now sport a 13-2 record. They play next when they travel to Moravia for a non-league match on Monday, June 17.
With the loss, East Union moves to 2-14 on the season. The Eagles travel to Nodaway Valley (Greenfield, IA) to meet the Wolverines in a Pride of Iowa match on Friday, June 14. The Wolverines go into the match with a record of 2-5. Nodaway Valley won 8-0 in their recent non-league match against Southwest Valley (Corning, IA)
