June 13, 2025: Arlington, IA 50606 The Starmont Stars (Arlington, IA) baseball the visiting Oelwein Huskies (Oelwein, IA), 8-3 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Stars now own a 11-2 record. They take the field next when they host Alburnett for a Tri-Rivers - West challenge on Monday, June 16. Starmont will clash with a Pirates team coming off a 4-2 non-league loss to Wilton (Wilton, IA). The Pirates record now stands at 8-5.
With the defeat, Oelwein drops to 2-13 on the year. The Huskies travel to Columbus (Waterloo, IA) to clash with the Sailors in a non-league challenge on Monday, June 16. The Sailors go into the challenge with a record of 5-13. Columbus won 8-7 in their recent non-league challenge against North Fayette Valley (West Union, IA)
