Iowa High School Softball - Okoboji sneaks past Sheldon
June 13, 2025: Milford, IA 51351 The Okoboji Pioneers (Milford, IA) softball nipped the visiting Sheldon Orabs (Sheldon, IA), 6-5 in Friday's league outing.
The Pioneers now sport a 3-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Storm Lake St. Mary for a non-league outing on Saturday, June 14. Okoboji will encounter a Panthers team coming off a 7-2 league loss to East Sac County (Lake View, IA). The Panthers record now stands at 3-5.
With the loss, Sheldon moves to 4-8 on the season. The Orabs travel to West Sioux (Hawarden, IA) to encounter the Falcons in a non-league outing on Saturday, June 14. The Falcons come into the outing with a record of 2-6. West Sioux lost 12-2 in their recent non-league outing against Woodbury Central (Moville, IA)
