Iowa High School Softball - Creston gets by St. Albert
June 17, 2024: Creston, IA 50801 The Creston Panthers (Creston, IA) softball nipped the visiting St. Albert Falcons (Council Bluffs, IA), 2-1 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Panthers (11-10) will now prepare for their bout against Shenandoah (Shenandoah, IA). The Mustangs go into the non-league bout with a 9-11 record. In their last bout, Shenandoah was edged by Glenwood (Glenwood, IA), 5-0, in a non-league bout.
The Falcons now possess a 5-10 record. They play next when they host Denison-Schleswig for a Hawkeye 10 bout on Tuesday, June 18. St. Albert will confront a Monarchs squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Maple Valley-Anthon-Oto/Charter Oak-Ute (Mapleton, IA). The Monarchs record now stands at 7-12.
