June 17, 2024: Troy Mills, IA 52344 North Linn Lynx (Troy Mills, IA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Maquoketa Valley Wildcats (Delhi, IA), 4-1 in a league challenge.
The Lynx now own a 19-10 record. They take the field next when they host Maquoketa Valley for a non-league challenge on Monday, June 17. North Linn will battle a Wildcats squad coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Calamus-Wheatland (Wheatland, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 13-6.
With the loss, Maquoketa Valley falls to 13-8 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to North Linn (Troy Mills, IA) to battle the Lynx in a non-league challenge on Monday, June 17. The Lynx enter the challenge with a record of 17-10. North Linn lost 14-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Western Dubuque (Epworth, IA)
