Iowa High School Softball - Albia bounces Davis County
June 18, 2024: Bloomfield, IA 52537 Spectators at Tuesday's league match between the Albia Blue Demons (Albia, IA) and the host Davis County Mustangs (Bloomfield, IA), witnessed Albia's softball squad prevail over Davis County by a count of 10-0.
The Blue Demons now sport a 11-9 record. They play next when they travel to Cardinal for a South Central match on Thursday, June 20.
With the loss, Davis County moves to 3-14 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Moulton-Udell (Moulton, IA) to face the Eagles in a non-league match on Wednesday, June 19. The Eagles go into the match with a record of 0-13.
