June 20, 2025: Bloomfield, IA 52537 In Friday's league test, the Davis County Mustangs (Bloomfield, IA) softball squad the visiting Clarke Indians (Osceola, IA), by a tally of 2-0.
Next, the Mustangs meet the Albia Blue Demons (Albia, IA) in a South Central test, on Monday, June 23. Davis County will attempt to advance on its 11-6 season record. The Blue Demons go into the test with a 18-0 record after their 4-1 non-league win over Carlisle (Carlisle, IA).
The Indians (5-10) will now prepare for their test against Centerville (Centerville, IA). The Big Reds/Redettes go into the South Central test with a 10-7 record. In their last test, Centerville held off Knoxville (Knoxville, IA), 8-6, in a league test.
