Iowa High School Softball - Denison-Schleswig bounces Spencer
June 21, 2024: Spencer, IA 51301 The Denison-Schleswig Monarchs (Denison, IA) softball routed the host Spencer Tigers (Spencer, IA), 7-2 in Friday's non-league outing.
The Monarchs now sport a 9-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Albert for a Hawkeye 10 outing on Saturday, June 22. Denison-Schleswig will encounter a Falcons team coming off a 11-10 league win over Harlan (Harlan, IA). The Falcons record now stands at 7-11.
With the loss, Spencer moves to 4-16 on the season. The Tigers host Western Christian (Hull, IA) to encounter the Wolfpack in a non-league outing on Monday, June 24. The Wolfpack come into the outing with a record of 3-14.
